How to Order

• First, select the Cuddly Cremains Companion of your choice by adding it to the Shopping Cart.
  
• Pay for your order with the desired payment method.
• If you wish to have a listing on the Rainbow Bridge page, complete the submission form and email it to rainbowbridge@cuddlycremains.com.
• Once we receive your order, we will ship out a Cuddly Cremains Care Kit, which includes everything that you need to ship the cremains back to us for processing.
• When we receive your Cuddly Cremains Care Kit, we use our patented process to combine your pet's cremains with an amber-like substance, which is molded into a capsule.
• This capsule is then imbedded in the body of the purchased stuffed animal.
• We carefully pack your Cuddly Cremains Companion and remaining ashes, if any.
• We then ship your completed order to you.
