Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Since the Cuddly Cremains™ Companion is custom made for you, we cannot offer returns. 

However, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and let us know why.  We will do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied. 

Any item that is not customized may be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Materials
We only use the highest quality materials to permanently encapsulate the cremains to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment.  Note that once the process is complete, the cremains will be permanently sealed in the capsule.

Shipping
We ship UPS ground.  If you require a different shipping method, please contact us for options and costs.
